But the translation of Renegade X is not limited to the graphics setting. Renegade X uses elements of strategy and tactics taken directly from online RTS games, to play battles among 64 players divided into two teams (Global Defense Initiative, the "good" and the Brotherhood of Nod, the "bad"), which make up each of the items of Renegade X.

In each Renegade X game, each team must protect your base and conquer the opposing team in a battleground created using the Unreal Engine 3 that has taken the most typical elements of the Command & Conquer saga: over thirty different weapons, fifteen fully operational vehicles and special weapons such as nuclear missiles, ion cannons and more.
